** All of our fabrics are sold in half-yard increments; if you order more than one half-yard, it will be cut in a continuous piece.  For example, 3 units will be cut as 1.5 yards.

This fabric is awesome!  It's a brushed woven medium weight fabric in the most interesting cerulean/ petrol/ marine navy color.  It's a delicious 5.3 ounces per yard with a somewhat stiff drape that is perfectly geared towards structured shirts or even light jackets.  The brushed surface makes it feel like suede, and the color changes in the light.  This is truly a unique fabric.

This is a deadstock fabric, and due to the nature of deadstocks, we cannot make any representations about where they came from or what they're made of.  However, we conduct burn tests on all of our deadstocks and will provide the results.  Here, the thread caught fire, did not bead, smelled of paper and resulted in a white crumbly ash, which suggests that it is a natural fiber, likely a brushed cotton.

What we can guarantee is that this fabric will go fast!  It's perfect for this season, and would be an amazing shirt-jacket, either with front pockets and military details, or lined in sherpa, flannel or fleece for extra warmth.  Although this fabric will look great on anyone, it just might be the perfect thing for your favorite dude (especially if that dude is you!  Treat yo'self!).
